ORDER PREPARATION
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to prepare your order before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Preparation time is separate from delivery time.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY
Delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Carrier transit estimates begin after shipment. Selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten our order preparation time.

If we’re unable to ship within our stated preparation timeframe, we’ll contact you with an update and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly through our Contact page. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
